A Blueprint for Integrated Access to Environmental Information The Blueprint for Integrated Access to Environmental Information will guide Minnesota's development and integration of environmental information resources in electronic media. Examining accurate description and cataloging of environmental information, the Foundations Project also looks at methods and processes for gathering, retrieval and retention of electronic media. Information Needs Assessment This report asked consumers of environmental information about the kinds
of information required to augment their interests as well as business
or recreational needs. With focus from a consumer's perspective, Foundations
seeks to make relevant information more available to those using the resources
of the many Minnesota state agencies involved in the project.
